From Mondays- Fridays
Ø    Weddings - $750 USD - nonrefundable
Ø    NGOs - $1000 USD – nonrefundable

Ø    Weddings - $1000 USD - nonrefundable
Ø    NGOs - $1000 USD - nonrefundable


Sundays, and Holidays:
Ø    Weddings - $1200 USD - nonrefundable
Ø    NGOs - $1200 USD - nonrefundable

Refundable Breakage Fee:
Ø    Weddings - $200 USD
Ø    NGOs - $200 USD

Optional Rental:
Ø    PA System - $150 USD

Ø    Hall rental fees includes chairs and tables
Ø    Prices are subject to change without notice.  
Ø    The above fees do not include cost for fuel.  Fuel cost is determined by the hours of usage.
Ø    The above fees covers a minimum of 2 hours and a maximum of 8 hours.  Additional hours require additional payment immediately.
Ø    Hall is given on a first come first serve basis.  50% payment is required to reserve the hall, with a completed Venue Rental Contract in order to confirm hall rental.  
Ø    All personal items for your event must be itemized by our General Services Department (GSD) before your program.
Ø    Written cancellation is required at least 48 hours.  Cancellation made within 48 hours, after remitting 100% payment, is subject to 25% refund.  Cancellation after remitting 50% payment subject to 0% refund.
Ø    The hall, including all PCC property must be turned over in the condition received or your refundable breakage fee will be used for repairs/procurement of damaged property.
